1. About The Streamstones

The Streamstones is an interactive live nature and real-world experience operated through thestreamstones.live. The service can include livestreams, viewer voting, challenges, goals, supporter features, Stream Credits, live chat integration and operator-controlled real-world actions.

2. Using the service

You must use The Streamstones lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users, animals, property, systems or the operation of a live event. We may limit, reject, pause or remove interactions that are unsafe, abusive, technically invalid or incompatible with the current live session.

3. Live interactions and safety

Viewer requests do not directly control safety-critical equipment. Real-world actions are subject to system rules, availability, rate limits, safety checks and operator approval. Animal welfare and physical safety take priority over viewer requests, votes, challenges and paid interactions.

4. Accounts and Stream Credits

Some features may require an account or Stream Credits. Credits and paid actions are subject to the prices and conditions shown at the time of purchase. A paid request is not considered executable until the relevant payment or credit settlement is confirmed. Refund handling is described in the Refund and Returns Policy.

5. YouTube and connected services

The Streamstones may connect to YouTube through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. An authorized channel operator decides whether to grant or revoke that access. YouTube functionality is also subject to Google’s and YouTube’s applicable terms and policies. The way Google/YouTube data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

Livestreams, cameras, connected services, voting, challenges and physical actions may be delayed, changed, paused or unavailable because of weather, safety, animal welfare, connectivity, platform availability, maintenance or operator decisions.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Streamstones name, original visual identity, site content, software interfaces and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party services and content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.

8. Acceptable conduct

Do not attempt to bypass safety limits, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, exploit payment systems, harass participants or submit unlawful content.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as The Streamstones develops. The version published on this page is the current version.
